Patricia Spurr

I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Patricia Spurr, and I live in the Oklahoma City metro area with my husband, Richard, and our toddler. Some years ago, I relocated to Oklahoma and discovered a beautiful state that was all I had ever hoped for. I felt moved to help others find their dream home, as I have. I realized that Real Estate was my passion and have pursued it for the past nine years.

Whether looking for "fashionable, city living" in OKC's downtown condominium community, residential property, or that quiet place in the country with a farmhouse and land, Central Oklahoma is for you. My goal is to find listings that meet my client's needs.

I offer Zoom/FaceTime tours of properties to clients who are unavailable for in-person tours. This allows clients to narrow or expand their search for a new home with less time and effort.
